Terms of Use

The short version: Use Zenin for your personal goal tracking, keep your account secure, and respect the subscription terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your Apple account settings.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zenin mobile application and related services (the "App"), provided by Zenin ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App. By using Zenin, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Your account

Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where permitted by law.
Interfere with or disrupt the App, its servers, or its security.
Attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Zenin offers optional paid subscriptions (such as Premium and Elite tiers) billed on a weekly or monthly basis. The following terms apply to subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

6. End User License Agreement (EULA)

Your license to use the App is also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Apple EULA"), which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Apple EULA, the Apple EULA governs with respect to your use of the App obtained through the App Store.

7. AI features disclaimer

The App may provide AI-generated insights, audits, and coaching suggestions. This content is for informational and motivational purposes only and is not professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. Use your own judgment and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

8. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, branding, and content (excluding the content you create), is owned by Zenin and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the goals and content you create.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the App.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
